Trying to get In the app as and it says app has violated security policies, please fix the problem!!!
Generally good app but Have been having problems with The moble app verification process with trying to add my bank for bill pay. Wish I could verify the 2 small deposits like almost every application's way of verifying people's bank accounts. It has taken me months. I mean there are NO FEATURES & Then when I try to update my security questions It never shows in the app that I did so. I think it could be so much better
Zelle won't launch anymore and you can't dowoad the app separately as it tells you to use the bank app.
I have more trouble on this app not working. It's a big inconvenience anymore I can't do my online banking because it doesn't work half the time. I will have to go to another bank all because of this problem I have banked with Hendricks county banks for about 35 years. Don't want to but can't seem to never get help to get this fixed
